5. FORNEY

Forney is in one of the fastest growing counties in Texas with a lot of residential and commercial properties coming up. This suburb is 20 minutes from Downtown Dallas making it an easy commute and offers easy access for a nice weekend getaway for dinner with friends in the city. Forney is 45 minutes away from the nearest airport, making it a bit far if you are going to be flying in and out for work. The schools here are A rated and the median home value is $250K.
