Windsong Ranch is currently developing a brand new amenity center to serve the residents in the northern half of the community. You still have the world famous lagoon to the south, but now you will have a catch and release pond, and your own center right in your backyard.

First off, we're checking out Tradition Homes. The good news is they've got lots available, but here's the catch – only six inventory homes left. And hold your horses, folks, because prices are set to increase by 50k next month. So, if you're keen, now might just be the right time to make a move.

Shaddock Homes

Next up, we've got Shaddock Homes, known for being one of the best builders in Dallas Fort Worth. The bad news? They've only got five inventory homes left, and those prices are dancing between 750k to 900k. But fear not, they're sweetening the deal with 30k to 40k worth of upgrades if you use their lender. Just a heads up, prices are on the upswing, so waiting might not be your best bet.

Southgate Homes

Last but certainly not least, we're strolling into Southgate Homes. Now, this is one of my personal favorites, and their model home is like a dream. They're releasing only two homes per month, and there's a waiting list, but it's not too daunting at 25 people. So, if you're patient, this might be your chance to snag a spot in this sought-after community.
