Little Elm, Texas is an awesome spot! It’s situated extremely close to Frisco, and it’s right on the lake, making this a very desirable community. There’s also a good variety of home styles and price points to look at here in Little Elm, too, which is really surprising considering all the great things that are available to residents here. First, let’s start out with the food. There are some AWESOME food places in Little Elm that you’ve got to check out. The Hula Hut is one of those, and it’s located right on the water.

It’s a great place to look out on the water and enjoy something to eat or drink after a long day on the water. There’s lots more, but that’s one I highlight and talk about in this video, so definitely a spot to check out in Little Elm. The housing here is the star of the show today, and it’s pretty amazing.

The homes are large with a low price per square foot in many areas, and again – right off of the lake! The homes we highlighted today had lots of great features, like a pool, being right on the golf course, and having good access to the lake within a few minutes.
