If you love the busy city life, there are actually some really cool single family homes here! There are actually some really cool single They’re very pricey, because they’re likely going to be historic older bungalows, Craftsmans, things like that. I think they’re absolutely beautiful. So with that, let’s go check out the first one!

Our first house is a 3 bed, 3 bath, and 2,700 square foot home. It’s listed at $675,000. Now I will say, this home is a little dated and could use some updates, but the location is good, which is really what you’re paying for here!

This house is just up the street from the last house we looked at, and it’s a 3 bed, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home, and it’s listed at $775,000. In my opinion, even though this house is a little smaller, it’s got a lot more to offer, both inside and out. This one has a pool, too, so in addition to a great location, it’s got some extra amenities to enjoy.

This last house will BLOW YOUR MIND. It’s 5 bed, 8 bath, with 7,200 square feet, and it’s listed at $4,395,000. This house is located on a gentle hill and has a great overlook, and it has ALL the extras that you would expect from a million-dollar home, plus the added bonus of a great location. It’s definitely something that will give you everything you’re looking for if your budget is in the million-dollar range and if you’re looking to buy in the Oak Lawn Texas area.
