We’re here in West Dallas, also known as the Trinity Groves area, the best spot in all of Dallas for the views of Downtown, you’re just right over the bridge. If you’re going to be working downtown, then you’ve got a super short commute, if you want to get over there. And then also there’s so much new development going on in this area that if you want to find it still find a good deal, possibly a fixer-upper. Or maybe you want to get into a brand new apartment complex like we’re here today.

This apartment is only $1500 for a two-bedroom, two-bath. You are right across the street from one of the hottest spots right now in Dallas. You’ve got all these great restaurants and bars. You’ve got one of my favorite Tex Mex spots right here. They do some amazing drinks there.

There are several other things you can do – shopping, getting your coffee. So if you’re in this apartment complex, or around the neighborhood and a house, you’re going to have everything you need right here. And you don’t have to go that far. But then again, you got this, this easy shot to downtown, and I tell you what you can see the traffic is not even that bad. You can just hop over that bridge and get there.

Another great listing is this four-bedroom, three bath about 2300 square feet, for $435,000 brand new construction, and the inside looks amazing. And the outside, I like what they’ve done with it. So you know, it’s it’s pretty nice. If you want to be in a little bit closer to the apartment complex, there’s definitely a lot of condos and apartments. If you kind of come into the neighborhoods here, then you’re going to have a little bit more of this, what you’re going to see is they’re going to start tearing down some of the older homes, they’re going to start renovating some of those older homes, but that could that comes with a little bit of time as well. So that just depends on on if you’re willing to to go through that. But overall, I mean it’s still a good area.

Overall in West Dallas, we got a lot of these condo and townhome communities coming up that vary in price points. And that’s the good thing about here in West Dallas is you have a lot of new construction going up. And everything’s pretty much going to be brand new, within the next year or two. So, you know, if you’re looking for something that’s just right outside of Dallas, but still you got access to everything you need, you want to be in new construction and still get some really good deals, then West Dallas right here, Trinity Groves, this is going to be an awesome area.
